The definition of an Ally: Someone by your side. Supporter. Friend.
People say they're allies but they aren't. Being an ally doesn't just mean you have a queer friend.
You stand up for them. Stand by them. Fight for their rights. An Ally takes action.
If anyone wants to know how to be an Ally, take notes from Anthony.
He always keeps an open mind and stands up for what is right.
Like when Mrs.Seddon calls me by my birth name when she takes attendance, Anthony immediately corrects her. "His name is Kyle. Kyle's here."
Anthony is a real and true friend of the lgbtq+ community, and of mine.
(All of this info he sent me word for word)

Likes: Sailing, helping others, music, Manga, reading, video games (especially MMORPG's and first person shooters), running, boxing, the crunches of a fresh layer of snow when stepped on, sound of rain, respect, anime, the ocean and the life within the ocean, i LOVE science, being the weird guy, swimming, food (especially seafood), being educated, nature.
Dislikes: prejudices, writing, GOSSIP, when people make comments/jokes about topics they know nothing of, needles, the word "ratchet" (slang definition), ebola jokes (which go into people making comments/jokes about a topic they dont know about), bullying, being bored, ninja looters, when someone touches me without my permission.
About me: I'm weird and I'm proud! I want to be a marine biologist and an oceanographer when I'm out of school. Im also a sailing instructor for courageous sailing. I've always supported "queer rights" or "gay rights" or however you want to say it. Because I have 4 gay uncles, and a few gay cousins. I believe people should be true to who they are inside, because either way we are all people. We are all the same, but at the same time so, very different. I will accept anyone as a friend as long as they are nice to me, I shall be nice to you. You respect me, and I'll respect you.
